Search Daimon is a search engine which, from my understanding, will be sold as a black box which will give businesses a quick and easy way to get decent search capabilities in their network/servers. We in 24SevenOffice will utilize their search engine knowledge as well so we can have a better full-text search in e-mails and files. They run a blog as well and posted an overview of the administration interface.
