My point in this article is that companies trying to create one-in-all software are still doing it the same way as traditional desktop ERP-software; complex and not user friendly. A system that does many things can remain simple, but so far no company has proven so. With more complexity it is more difficult for software to remain simple to use. But that makes it even more important.</description>

		<description>I think there will not be a move to a unified tool for some time.  37 signals has demonstrated that simple is good, and a big system cannot remain simple.  I do see that companies will build suites of tools to cover different aspects of business.</description>
