Possible takeover…

Wow..some exiting news leaked today. We have been in extensive discussions with a major US SaaS company this autumn regarding a close partnership or a possible takeover. Rumours started spreading around town lately and we had to release a press statement regarding the situation. Read the press article over at Digi – in Norwegian. Basically it states that 24SevenOffice might be bought by a major US SaaS vendor and most likely one of the following companies: Google, Salesforce or WebEx. I would like to point out that the companies here are only examples of what the rumours have outlined. I cannot give any further details to which company that we have talked to. The press release only confirms that we have been in discussions with a major US company.
