John sure is right. How can you do a good job if you dislike your co-workers? I just read an article about this in a Norwegian financial newspaper. It was about investors looking more closely at the ‘soft values’ of a company, and not just the balance sheet. Are the employees happy? If the investor is looking for a good return on his investment they should be.
